Happy Sunday afternoon to all!
We had a very whiny boy earlier. So we thought it would be splendid for him to get a little nap. And for us to get a little nap. Even turned off the ringers. Said whiny boy did not go to sleep. Mommy and Daddy did. Til someone left a message on our machine. And said whiny boy woke Daddy up to tell him that someone left a message on our machine. Daddy was less than happy. Although in the mornings, he ALWAYS wakes ME up instead of Daddy, on the rare napping occasion, he wakes Daddy, not me.
And in very good news, my boss called last night and said there was no pressing reason for me to work tomorrow, so I can have the day off.

Or does that call for this instead?

I'm off work til Wednesday, so that makes me
Our little Candace (little? she's 14!) is doing great, and was even at church today! She looked very good and we are all thrilled to see that she has made such a rapid recovery and (thus far) successful adjustment.
Now I am somewhat frightened. My child is doing this:

Whatever "this" is. Hair washing? Thong dancing? I'm just not sure. But he's doing it and laughing hysterically. Perhaps if I had another Molson (or three), to, you know, prolong the Canada Day celebration, I would find it hysterical as well. Maybe I'll do some experimentation and let you know.
Til then, I'm OUT!
Hugs, love, mushy stuff to all my Viking friends!!
