Reading, seeing and hearing Part 2

Horsey~ I just posted to your Week by the Lake trippie...it's sounds so peaceful. DH's family has a cabin in Northern Michigan and although I used to HATE to go there, I now find it soooo peaceful. I can just sit for hours with a good book and enjoy the sounds of the woods or hop on the 4 wheeler and take off into them. If I get really bored there's always the the computer...on dial-up but still workable or the satellite dish. Far away from civilization, yet close enough to still be 'in touch' with reality if you need to be.


Now I wanna head north...

Aww Shelby, thanks! I have never been to Michigan, but have seen so many cabins featured in designer mags, that it seems very much like Maine, except I think a little flater. Get up there girl, there is nothing like it! And a book and a cocktail, and the computer helped me out with the in-laws tremendously.


Where is everyone? I just tried to get a little and couldn't get in....

Yep, we went to a stage production of The Wizard of Oz...sadly there was no Zzub anywhere, or a least no one pushing an invisible stroller through the parking lot...

They did a fab job with this! The kids seemed to like it, but hated the hard theatre seats at the Concert Hall.

I give it and some of these to boot
