Reading Challenge/Goals for 2023--2024 link added

2023.... the year ended for me by finishing the Georgette Heyer regency romance series that I started in the fall. Completely lost count of the number of total number of books I read for the year. I was at 66 in September. Estimating about 20 of those Heyers, I'd guess I read about 85 books, give or take. Finished the year with The Wager, by David Grann.

I didn’t reach my goal. I thought I’d read 48 books, and I read 38. The last book of the year was Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson. It was a great read and I was impressed that this was the author’s first book. I probably got the recommendation here, which is how I find most books. Thanks for posting that.
