Ginger--I like capsules since they have the highest concentration of ginger. My sister eats ginger candy. If I'm ust feeling a little sick I'll eat ginger snaps or sip ginger ale.

Goodness Shug, the last thing you want to drink is diet soda when your tummy's upset. Try hot tea with milk and sugar or maybe some clear broth, chicken or vege. Those worked really well for me after New Years Eve 1999.

Hot tea, milk and sugar with a pepto chaser and still no relief. Doc thinks it's a new med I'm taking and wants to see if it clears up on it's own before taking me off it. So, not much Shuggie shine today. Gonna lay down, I'll try to come by later.

I think it depends on what part of the country you're from. Some pronounce it to rhyme with 'June', some pronounce it like 'one' while for others, the w and the n are silent so it's pronounced uuuueeee.

Oh Tiggie you just don't know. It was bad, the one and only time I have ever gotten so drunk I threw up. And believe me I have gotten drunk enough to do some naughty stuff when drunk. That was the worst.

I remember my birthday 1985, it must have been. We were living in Alexandria, VA before we moved to Texas. I'd had some wild days, but that night my DH and I had WAY too much Sangria at a great restaurant in Georgetown. Thank goodness we didn't drive, but instead took Metro or the car would probably still be parked in DC. Funny how certain nights stand out in our memory. Haven't had Sangria since!
