Re; MYW Question (again!)

This has probably been asked before but here goes. We are just a mere 62 days from our next journey to the Happiest place on Earth, and I decided to do the MYW w/Dining package. I've already made all of my PS's and now just laying out the Counter options. I was just curious for example, Liberty Inn which is available in the package sells sodas for $1.99 and $2.29. They also carry soda in a souvenir mug for $3.59.

Under the package would I be able to get the mug w/soda at no charge, or pay the difference or would it not be available unless I paid full price. Or would you think it would be a server discretion call?

It's 50 degrees and raining here! I can't wait to go!

Doesn't the plan mention something about 'single serving' of non- alcoholic beverage? Maybe that's what they are referring to.... I would hope you could pay the difference, though.

In the brochure, Disney says that souvenier cups aren't included. So, you would probably have to pay out of pocket for it. I don't know if you would have to pay the full price, or the difference between the price of the regular drink and the souvenier mug.
