Hello! Yesterday I put in an offer on a VB contract less than asking through begins with F and ends in idelity. (Not sure the forum rules so didn't want to directly use the name.) It was accepted same day. Yay! I sent my information for the paper work to the agent immediately and asked when I could put down the deposit. Earlier today, one day later, the listing was still on their website but with the new accepted offer price and "available". I reached out to my agent about the next steps and never heard back.

Is this common? Do other brokers do this? If there is an accepted offer, wouldn't they take it down? Thanks!

That site is only updated in batch mode, and never on weekends. I bought a contract from the same company, and the listing remained on their site under "sale pending", long beyond the closing date.

Fidelity is not in the Disboards filter. If it were, what you posted would be a violation of forum rules.

If you aren't sure if a business is in the filter, post the link! For more info, please review this thread:

My purchase stayed up for a while, too. Had no issues with the company. Sale went as planned, bought 100 AKV points at 100 a point, done deal, and my member number and points already in my account.

I've not had a problem with them, but with another broker, I had the seller shop our agreed terms to someone else, found a better deal, and then walked -- just before signing my contract. Disappointing but turns out I found a better deal later...happens

Yeah, they are not too active on updating their listings. We put an offer in on a SSR contract in late October. Disney exercised their ROFR and took it (boo for us), BUT it is still listed as available on their site even now! In fact, their agent never even let me know it was taken. I only found out when doing my banking online and found the deposit refunded back to my credit card. Weird way to find out.

That's pretty sad on their part. I had pretty good experiences with the actual agent and the rep. from the title company,
but their IT maintenance makes Disney's look GOOD! :earboy2:

Like many realtors, they love to leave the property as “still available” and even leave the sign in the yard until closing. They are fishing for future business. “Sorry that one is pending, how about this one... “.
