When you reserve Happy Limo, they include gratuity in the price. Does this mean that you do not have to give them a tip after the service? What do we do?

You do have the option of additional tipping if you feel the service you received warrants a bigger tip. I usually tip more then the normal, but it does make me mad when it's included to start with.
I do understand that some people might not tip at all....I do not believe it should be built into the cost in this situation.

Thanks disny4ever!

Has anyone ever not given an additional tip? Will I feel weird if we don't? We've never done this before and it is already more expensive than the DCL transfers.

We used Happy Limo for the first time before the DVC Member Cruise. We took Happy Limo from MCO to WDW-Boardwalk, stayed two nights before the cruise. Our driver was a "little" late in greeting us. We looked for the Happy Limo sign but only saw Tiffany signs. Our driver was with us my the time we got our luggage. She then went to get the car while we wheeled our luggage out. I then loaded it in the trunk because she was "an older " person than me. We did stop at a grocery store for a few items. I did give her a little additional tip for that.

Happy Limo includes a 20% gratuity so I do not tip extra. I would if the driver did something extra for us like making an unscheduled gorcery sto, etc. but other than that I believe 20% is plenty.

That's exactly what we're doing in December...2 nights at BWV before a 4-day. By "little" late, what do you mean? I'm only asking because the reason we're doing this is to get to port earlier than we did last time. Last time we stayed at the Dolphin for 2 nights previous to the cruise and didn't get to Port until about 2pm because of DCL transportation.

When the tip is included, you shouldn't feel funny about not giving additional unless you think it is warranted because the driver is getting the standard tip. We usually use the grocery stop and tip a little extra (we tend to do the same on the ship, too). We have used Happy Limo countless times and they have always been very reliable. I even trusted them to get us to the airport when we had an 11 a.m. flight, and we made it with plenty of time to spare.
