? re: ADRs that need a credit card to reserve or upfront pmt

I need to make my ADRs next month for my Dec trip and i just have a question about which ones require either upfront pmt or a credit card to reserve. It has been a few years since we have gone (last time we were able to make them the morning we were going to that park) and I just want to be prepared. Below are a list of where we are going to (or wanting to) eat.....please let me know which ones require this:

CRT - yes I do know upfront pmt is required for this one
LeCellier - pretty sure this one is a no
O'hana - ?
V&A - ?
Crystal Palace - pretty sure this one is a no, but we are wanting to eat here on Chritmas day so I don't know if that changes things

Out of the ones on your list besides CRT, the only other one that you need a credit card is for Victoria and Albert's.
