RD strategy to Avoid A&E crowds?

Where are A &E and how is this affecting the new escort down Main St rope drop? Why will be in MK 1 regular morning, 1 EMH morning.
We definitely do not want to go see them, but I don't want to go the wrong way and get stuck in the crowds for it and lose precious RD time. We usually head to Peter Pan and barnstormer, etc first. Some days Space and Buzz. This year, I know 7 dwarves will be high on the list. Thanks.

The A&E RD crowd are led up Main Street, through CC, and around the carousel according to the most recent reports I've read.

The 'crowd' really wasn't so bad the day we did it (this past Sunday) but it does affect all of the traffic flow for about 10min right after the welcome show. HM cast stand on the bridge to Liberty Square to prevent you from going to Peter Pan 'the back way' and if you do go up through the castle with the A&E group you're directed to the left around the carousel regardless of your final destination.

Your best bet for the Dwarfs Mine is to go up thru tomorrowland. For PP, go with the A&E crowd thru the castle, it doesn't slow you down much, just keeps the diehard frozen fans from full-out running.

For Buzz and Space you can turn right at the ice cream parlor, and go through Tomorrowland Terrace (shorter than going to Tomorrowland via the hub).

For 7DMT, it will be the same crowd as for A&E, up to where you get to Fairytale Hall...but there will be a similar crowd for 7DMT for awhile. Keep trying for FP before you go.

For Barnstormer, after Fairytale Hall...just go around the A&E crowd, the 7DMT crowd, to the left of the teacups, and Barnstormer should be a short line in the morning.

This is what we always do. I wasn't sure that guests were still allowed to peel off there with the new system. Thanks

For Storybook Circus, do you have to access through Fantasyland, or can you approach from Tomorrowland or the hub near Cosmic Rays? Or are those access points blocked off like Liberty Square is?

I'm not familiar with the layout of SB since they constructed SB and NFL.

Can you veer right towards tea cups at the hub, and get to 7DMT or is that blocked off. I'm not even sure where the entrance point to 7DMT is exactly.

7DMT entrance is right across from Winnie the Pooh.

Across from Pooh, so you're on the right track. Whether or not rope drop procedures allow this I don't know.
