RCI Transfer?

we are new dvc members.... With a booking of 2019 UY March points being used for our trip later this month. If it gets cancelled... I know that we have til Feb 28th 2021 to use them... but we won't be travelling until June 2021. Would it be too late to transfer to RCI if that's our only option instead of totally loosing those points? Do you know when the timeline is for transfering?

You have to transfer no more than 45 days before they expire so I believe it will Dec 18th.
