Has anyone had any experience with this yet?

I was able to trade into a 1BDRM at SSR for this coming August.

My question is, has anyone done this before? How did you add guest names to the room? Dining plan? Simply making dining reservations?

RCI has been little help. They actually transferred me to the front desk at SSR!

I'm debating calling DVC to help. (I am a member there as well.)

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Once you receive the written confirmation number from RCI, you call Member Services to add the DDP and make other arrangements. The MS phone number should be printed on the confirmation. (Of course, as a member, you already have the phone number.)

Hello,
If you are a member of RCI who booked a vacation at disney through Disney Vacation Club; once your reservation is booked and you are given a confirmation number from RCI simply call member services (disney vacation club's booking center) and ask to be connected with a cast member who specializes in RCI. from there that cast member can help you with all your Disney needs whether it be disney's magical express, disney's dining plan, park tickets, or dining reservations. i hope this helps!

Thanks very much. Will do!
They run a report about once or twice a week. You could even extend you stay using your own points and like to the exchange if applicable. Just go through the prompts for the Wold Passport option exchange option.

I've booked exchanges into DVC through both Interval International (II) and RCI. From my experiences, II provided both the DVC reservation number and phone number to DVC Members Services. RCI's printed confirmation provides neither :( but they will provide it to you if you phone RCI to ask (with some cajoling).

OP: Do call DVC Member Services directly for your requests. Ask MS for your "DVC Reservation Number" and use that for future references to upcoming trip (ADRs, etc.).
