I have a question that I know is simple but since I have never done an RCI exchange wasn't sure how it works.
I am currently in my use year for 2012 which starts in June and have all my points for this year available.
I am looking to do an exchange through RCI and the trip will occur in my use year of 2013.
Question is if I book it or exchange it now for a trip in 2013, do they take the points from 2012 to use for that exchange or since I will travel in 2013 do they use the points from that year for the trip?
I am wanting to use my 2012 points for the 2013 trip and was wondering if I need to bank those before I make the exchange into 2013 or since the vaction is booked in 2012 even though doesn't occure til 2013 do they just use 2012 points anyway?
