If I book a resort and it's all inclusive, is that covered with pts or is it out of pocket? Thank-you!

I believe that your points cover the room only. You have to pay an additional fee for the all inclusive.

From the dvc site...

What amenities does an "all-inclusive" resort provide?
Disney Vacation Club Members who utilize an all-inclusive option use Vacation Points to cover the accommodations and will be required to pay an all-inclusive fee, which is due to the resort at check-in. The all-inclusive resort fee typically includes:

Cost of meals and entertainment
Use of the resort's facilities, such as pools and beaches
Gratuities
Access to recreational equipment like snorkeling gear and windsurfing boards
Dining options, from buffets to full-service restaurants
Many all-inclusive resorts also include:
Cost of all beverages, including alcohol
Complimentary transportation to and from the airport
Family-friendly activities for kids
Babysitting
Room service
However, Members should check with the resort directly to confirm what amenities are included at that destination.

it didn't say anything about how much that fee might be.
edit: Just did a quick look...for Sandals in Jamaica, the fee is $785.00 USD.

If you clicke through to the RCI site is shows the fees. I have done some looking and seen fees ranging from $85 a person per night to a couple of thousand for a couple for a week.

It can range from $45 or so Per person per day up to over $200 PP/PD. The quality and coverages vary. Just make sure you know what you're getting and what you're giving up such as great restaurant options some locations.

For some reason I didn't get the instant notifications. I appreciate the info!!!

The 'All Inclusive - Mandatory' is a link. Click it and it will open a page that contains the resort fees.

It will for most, but not all. For some you actually have to search on the regular website and actually find a week in match before you can see it.
