RCA Timeshares?

I have an RCA time share at the Orange lake Resort in Kissimee. There is a chance we might not be able to stay there during the week we want so I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good timeshare that participates with RCA in the area(area meaning close to WDW).

If you visit TUG - Timeshare Users Group, you will find bulletin boards that allow access for free registration. There's one for FL and this question will bring many responses.

There is also a section at TUG, with Resort Reviews and Resort Ratings, provided by members who've exchanged into some 1700 resorts around the world. Here is where members of TUG may read specific reviews about the resorts they are considering for a purchase or exchange vacation. Membership is $15/first year and includes a free ad in their classifieds section. Referrals are granted a free 6 months extension of their membership, so please feel free to mention my name if you decide you wish to join.

The Reviews & Ratings are for members only. The bulletin boards do not require membership for access, only registration. Hope this helps!

Ok When do you want to go to OLCC? Have you called and tried to pay the 129.00 dollar exchange fee yet? If you own here you get first priority. If you can't stay here then you can trade for just about anywhere in the area. Go to www.rci.com on the left side you will see

Resort Directory
etc.
etc.

click on Resort Directory scroll down the click on Region type in FL. Kissimmee and it will give you all the RCI timeshares in the area. You can then scroll through and see which you like call the RCI hotline and ask about that specific resort. HTH.

You have both given excellent advice - being a TUG member alos, i often look there for exchanges or rentals and we have had excellent luck renting ours this way too. OLCC is in high demand and i would think there may not be much of a problem exchanging.
