Hmmm... I didn't know people tried to remove their calluses with a razor blade? You might want to examine her arms and legs for cut marks. I had a friend who did this in high school. It can be very dangerous, and is probably more common in teens than many people think. Of course if you think it might be being used in connection with drug paraphernalia then that is another story.
I don't think a lighter is something to be too upset over. I had a lighter when I was younger (not too young of course) for lighting candles. I was scared of matches, didn't want to burn myself. I never used my lighter for any bad purpose, I have never smoked anything in my life.
Aspirin belongs in the medicine cabinet/drawer doesn't it? Why would it be in their room? And can they not swallow pills? Is that why it is crushed? Are you sure they are aspirin pills?
I might be a little concerned about these items if you have other suspicions. If you are very concerned you might want to get your daughter a drug test. But again, it could all be harmless.
