Sorry for the delay in updates! Work has been a pain... but at least I got to see Spamalot Friday night. What better way to spend April Fool's day?

Day 4
Ok, so where do I start?
OK... So we get to The Disney-MGM Studios shortly after opening, and walk over to the tip board, and make dinner reservations for Mamma Melrose... we have been wanting to eat there FOREVER!
Then we walk over to the 50's Primetime Cafe, we get PS for 11:15, we skipped Breakfast so we're doing an early lunch, and we've never been here either!
We only have a few minutes before brunchfast so we just do a little shopping around, mostly looking at wedding stuff.
We get to Primetime, and the place is HOPPIN! We get seated in about 10 minutes, despite lots of other people trying to cut us in line ("Oh, WE have reservations.." "Yeah, so do we, that's why we are waiting in this long line with EVERYONE ELSE THAT HAS RESERVATIONS!") We get seated, and have a nice lunch, we have an order of onion rings as an appetizer, and I get the turkey sandwhich and DF gets the Fried Chicken. I was expecting some nice big onion rings... I was disappointed when we got some Friendly's Frunions instead... but they weren't bad. The sandwhich was nice, didn't love the bread (I'm more of an italian bread or white toast kinda guy) and DF loved but couldn't come close to finishing her fried chicken. Our "cousin" also made us s'mores for dessert. YUM! One of our other "cousins" at the next table gave us fast passes for Indy on our way out, since they were going to miss the show due to lunch. I guess they hadn't realized they already expired. Oh well, nice gesture anyway.
We ran into Lilo and Stitch at the same time which was AWESOME!
And then it's off to the Animation Courtyard to see what they've done with my former job site... First off, the new "movie" is actually much more fun then the old Robin and Walter movie. It's a lot more interactive and draws people in better. Now it's off to the production area. And of course it's gone. SO SAD.
I remember seeing people at work on Tarzan and Lilo and Stitch, and saw books labeled "Roger Rabbit II" which I would have given anything to see... and it's all gone
We met the Incredibles, and Frozone was cool. I was a little disappointed by the interaction with Mr and Mrs, though. I guess they didn't feel the need to be extra nice to a 26 year old fanboy... hmm, if only I could buy myself a secret volcano hideout...
I did like the drawing class, and drew what I think is a very nice Donald.
The other kiosks were ok, but nothing great. The microphones in the voice studio stunk and picked up more background noise than us speaking, and the Character Personality quiz is taken off of a DVD I think. For the record, I was "Woody" and my DF was Cindarella. Big surprise there.
We went to WWTBAM and got asked to sit in the fastest finger seats! AWESOME. I was crazy disappointed because I was ALWAYS 2nd on the board. Never got to play. Oh well... next time!
We walked over to Muppets, my favorite attraction in the park.. didn't get to meet Kermit or Piggy though...which I'd like to do some time.
When we get out it's starting to rain...and I mean POUR. So we hit Star Tours, which only has a 5 minute wait! Can't believe it! Then we head to Sunset Blvd to see if we can get FP's for RnRC, my Df's favorite ride. We are skipping Tower on this trip. Her squeamishness for tower starts to make me squeamish. I'm weird like that! They're OUT of Fast Passes! Hmmm... Well it's almost dinner time, so we'll just do standby for RnRC after we eat!
And we are now at Mama Melrose. The place we couldn't wait to eat at.
I ordered us a 4 cheese flat bread appetizer. Nowhere near as good as California Grill's. For dinner, Chicken Parm for me, and Penne Ala Vodka for DF. Mine was bad, but I ate it. She had 2 bites and couldn't eat the rest. I tried some - it really was that bad. DF was too polite to tell the waitress the food sucked, so we paid $17 for 2 forkfulls of pasta.
Not good! We ended up getting her a burger at the Caribbean Beach foodcourt on the way back to the hotel!
So we head down to RnRC which is posting a 40 minute standby, but it's her favorite ride, and 40 mins isn't that bad. We got on in probably 20 minutes... not too shabby!
We decided to head back to the hotel at this point, and we went to the Banana Cabana at the hotel to have a few drinks. Man they were good! I know I was a little loopy when I went to bed, but that's what vacation is all about!!!
