Rayon vs. rayon crepe yarn.....

What is the difference between rayon and rayon crepe when it comes to yarn? The contents are both listed as 100% rayon.

FYI - I'm looking at Great Adirondack Heavy Frills vs. Frills yarn.

I think crepe just refers to the texture, that it's more of a crinkly, rougher yarn. Rayon can otherwise be quite smooth & silky, like the lining on coats.
