just as I was trying to cash out for Burger Bucks. I was on the site & had just clicked on continue to get the Burger Bucks when the site crashed. This is my first time trying to cash out --has this been a problem in the past? I guess I'll wait & try again on Fri at 11

I have been trying to cash out for several weeks without any luck. (at first at the $5 level, but now I have more than enough for a $10 gift card!)

Anyway, I log on well ahead of time and start trying to cash out right away, to no avail. Maybe I'll have better luck on Friday too!

I got to the part where I put in the quantity, and then it froze.....must have been bogged down....I'm never gonna get that darn Home Depot GC!
