OK, I need all the input from all those ASMo veterans on the foodcourt. Any and all advice is appreciated.

Overall, we found the food court to be good quality, but not great. The pasta was at least adequate and the portion was very large. There was also lots of selection and lots of specials.

I had a really good taco salad threre. We found the burgers-fries-fastfood type stuff pretty much on par with the park fast food. We thought the pizza was good and the best value for your money.

We thought the ceasar salad was good, and at a slightly better price than at the park. Between two of us, we split it with a sandwich and had more than enough food. We also liked the taco salad. I also thought they did a good job filtering people through the lines quickly.

I had some of the most wonderful mashed potatoes here! They were wonderful. As was the prime rib, which was not too expensive! We also enjoyed the cheese steak. My husband really enjoyed the ribs.

I haven't eaten at the ASMo food court, but have used both the ASMu and ASSpo food courts and I believe they're all bascially the same. They have five areas - a bakery/ice cream bar area, a hot platter area, a self service market type area, a grill area and a pizza/pasta/Italian dish area. Outside in the seating area is where you get most of the drinks (sodas, coffee, iced tea, hot choclate, etc,). The bakery/ice cream area is self explanatory. The hot platter area will have ususally something like beef, pork, chicken and fish entrees with different sides. The market area has boxes of dry cereal, containers of milk and juices, prepackaged sandwiches and salads, yogurt, fresh fruit and lots of other stuff. The grill area has burgers, steaks etc. The pizza/pasta area is also self explanatory. We've always found the food to be pretty good, nothing special but generous portions (sharing is possible with the size of most portions) and I think pretty reasonable prices. As noted above, the lines do move relatively fast but it can get very crowded at the traditional meal times. The seating area is large and has both tables and booths and there is a big screen TV in the back showing I believe mostly cartoons. If you buy a lot of drinks and will be there for at least a couple of days, I suggest the refillable mugs. They can save a lot of $$$. They sell them right in the food court.

We ate at the foodcourt for breakfast every morning and enjoyed their muffins, danishes, and mickey waffles, and other things, but they don't have donuts.

The best thing we thought was the large cheese pizzas. Very good and a good price and it was huge. I'm a vegetarian and besides the pizza/pasta there wasn't many choices for me, so can't tell you about any of the other main course foods.

They do have good icecream (hand scooped) and they also make good brownie sundaes. But late at night the line for the icecream station was very long since they have to make all the sundaes individually and it takes awhile, but it was worth the wait.

The refillable mugs are great if you plan on stopping in the foodcourt often (for soda, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate).

We are a majority of our meals there last year and it was all very good. We mostly ate pasta dishes and the kids had chicken fingers and fries. The desserts and salad were really good too, prices were a little high on some things but the portions were large.

Oh yeah, they also make a pretty good grilled cheese! It is off of the children's menu, but that didn't stop me from ordering it. Some people just can't do a grilled chees correctly, but the ASMo sure can!!!!

We were there end of April and DS, age 4, can highly recommend the footlong hotdogs! DD Luved the turkey wraps so much I think she had one every night for supper! We highly recommend buying the mugs. Felt they were a good investment for our family. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get. :)

Out of all of the food courts on property, All Star Movies is the best. They are even better than their sister resorts Music and Sports. No matter which one we stay at, we zip over to the Movies for a bite to eat many times. We even stayed at WL and drove over to the food court at the Movies for a fresh salad. I was recently at PO FQ and their food court is also at the same level now as the Movies' food court. Maybe even better with their freshly made subs and wraps as you wait. Don't be confused that all food courts are the same, they are not. When we can't get into Movies we opt for Music just so we can zip back over to Movies quickly. Staying at Movies on our next 2 trips (Sep. and Oct.)

Your welcome Minnie. I hope you have a great trip. Wish I was going :( .
