Since there are so many timeshares in the Orlando area, it is very easy to get these resorts on Last Call, getawayweeks, skyauction etc for very low prices. Currently on getawayweeks.com, there are about 20 different resorts.
I've only stayed in one of these and it was great!!!
Someone here on the Dis who lived in Kissimmee once did a comparison of many of these resorts. I can 't find it on Search, and I was just wondering if there is enough interest in starting a new thread to rate these different timeshares?????????
My only comparison is Vacation Village at the Parkway, which the older rating system had in the top 10, but at the lesser end of the top. There is currently a poll on comparing this resort to Cypress Pointe which is also on the getaway week site. I was wondering about Summer Bay, Orbit One, Barefoot at the Keys, Liki Tiki and so on.
If anyone could 'retrieve' that old thread, maybe we could update it???
