Rather than call to ask these questions...

Except, of course that just as they had contracted the original service, had they decided not to stop providing the service they could have contracted out to someone else. So yeah, it's exactly like they offered a service then stopped providing it.

No.There is a difference. It was a contracted service and the people were not hired by Disney. The company went through financial struggles and almost closed and did not renew their contract. Hardly the same thing as something Disney provided
and stopped.

Only I have not heard of any other company doing it.
And while the company apparently reorganized, the reports from people who used it independently have not been good. So… I’m guessing there was a lot more behind the scenes going on that Disney saw and knew it was not the service they expected.

There is no need to have so much luggage you can’t handle it yourself. I see people with half their house and I am so glad my parents always had the rule “you pack it, you carry it” - really helped me be able to know what is essential for a trip and what is extra and unnecessary baggage.

With kids but no car, most people prefer to bring everything they might need, rather than to have to buy while away. Us included.
With a child (and klutzy parents) extea clothes are a must. Everyone is different and "no reason" isn't so cut and dry.
