When do you think rates past Oct 4th will come out?

are they a % or flat rate off?

I guess the moderate for 121.54 for end of October is like an AP rate correct? That is what was coming up for me last night. I guess I was being greedy and hoping for more.....

Well that would be 109 before tax. So that would be 40 off. It must be a flat dollar amount off because that is about 26.5% off, not exactly but around there.
