Rates for Suites

Just wondering what are the rates generally for a suite at Portofino Bay or really at any of the Universal resorts?

There are 5 of us and I reserved a Piazza view at Portofino and I am worried about being cramped with my family!!.....

Are you in a deluxe room or garden/bay view?

We are a family of 5 and have stayed in a deluxe room many times. We have never felt cramped. The room is large and the bathroom huge!

That said, it is really what you are used to. Now that we have stayed in suites during our last few visits, I don't know how we would feel all being in the same room again.

It also depends on how old your children are. If they are young, you are going to have plenty of room. We have 2 teens and a 10 year old. We are comfortable in the room.

I can't tell you how much the suites are as ours have been upgrades. Best just to call the Portofino or ask at check-in if there are any suite upgrades available.
