Here's my lunch. Today's Theme is China.

It's Pine Nut chicken with steamed white rice, 1/2 eggroll, iced green tea and for dessert a 100 calorie dark chocolate bar and a fortune cookie on top of fat free whipped cream.

And for entertainment Bogart and I watched Mulan. I also lit some incense to set the mood.

Color, variety and theming are excellent, bravo! Extra points for having chopsticks and no real cutlery but please remember, fresh fruits and veggies are your friend! They are an essential component of a healthy digestive system. Do I have to repost a pic of my medicine cabinet to remind you what happens when you don't get your fiber and veggies?

I'm giving you a 9 but only for lack of veggies and overabundance of carbs. Good job!

that picture was better than the first one i took. the first one the food looked great, but all i could notice was dog butt.

Oh I ate it. I actually ate a few more pieces of broccoli, but didn't put them on the plate b/c I didn't want to mess up my mickey design on the plate.

I'm so crushed!!! I had my lunch all set up and pretty to photograph and the camera said "replace batteries" and then turned itself back off I used them all up photographing leftover potatos, cookies and my medicine chest. I'll have to hit Costco before I can play again

my lunch was a left over burger, with tomato, onion, and pickles, on a bun, served on a paper towl, with a canned coke.

He LOVES to watch t.v. It's really funny. He hates violence though.
I think he's feeling better. He's been playing more and licking less. If I could just keep him from trying to kill my friends we'd be good.

Due to lack of batteries you can't see it but I tried my hand at making pizza dough from scratch, which turned out pretty good. I had tomato and mushroom pizza with ceasar salad, chopped apples and cranberry iced tea. I wanted chocolate chip pecan cookies but Dh took them all to work with him and didn't leave me a single one

Most dogs won't watch TV.

I think he is trying to protect you and Sophie when your friends come over. He is the alpha dog!

Very nice theming . My DD is from China so it hold a special place in my heart .

However, that's a lot of sauce packets you have there. It takes away from the Mickey a bit. I also think the rice to veggie/meat ratio is a little high. Very good overall though. I'll give you a 9.5 .

I think I've done all I can do here. I've gone from crackers on a paper plate, (can't find the pic!), to this:

I've completed the twelve step program, and I'll never look at food the same way again!

I'll be gone until late tomorrow. Maybe there will be meals here to rate when I return.

Until then, have a snack on me. As you can see, I'm a fan of the 100 calorie snack packs. I think I need to invest in my own vending machine. Go on, pick one. Enjoy!
