So today was my 180 day mark. Here is what I came away with.

10/9- Arrival Day (no plans)

10/10- 10:15am ROL Tusker House Package/6:30pm Yak and Yeti Dinner

10/11- 1:25pm BOG Lunch/ 6:45pm Frontera Cocina 8:20pm 'Ohana (I don't know if we want to eat that late at 'Ohana so I have Frontera Cocina as a backup)

10/12- 5:15pm San Angel Inn

10/13- 3:10pm Fantasmic Package Mama Melrose (I was hoping for one closer to 4pm but doesn't look like those exist.)

10/14- 8:00am BOG Breakfast (hoping this will be a PPO or else it will get cancelled)/ 5:00pm Trattoria al Forno (We are planning on hopping to Hollywood Studios this night, so this might get cancelled if hours are only until 8pm as I don't think we will have enough time)

10/15 5:00pm Biergarten

What do you guys think? If I cancel Trattoria al Forno, what is a good place to eat at in Magic Kingdom before hopping to Hollywood Studios? I would also change San Angel Inn to Via Napoli if I can. Also, do later Mama Melrose Fantasmic reservations exist?

AK looks good.
Not sure that I would eat 2 meals at BoG even though different meals.
EPCOT just not a fan of San Angel Inn. Beautiful atmosphere, just wish the food matched the decor. Agree changing to Via Napoli.
We enjoy Liberty Tree Tavern and Skipper Canteen at MK.
Have a great trip.

Thank you for the advice. I wanted to eat at Via Napoli, but don't want too much Italian our trip with Mama Melrose and Tutto al Forno. Do you think it would be smarter to change to Via Napoli and book an MK meal instead of Tutto al Forno? I'm not a fan of HS restaurants. As for BOG we usually do Breakfast and Dinner, but the new Dinner menu doesn't appeal to us so we are going to try lunch this time. We might not keep breakfast if it isn't a PPO (that is the only reason we are doing breakfast there).

I have never eaten at Tutto al Forno, so not much help there. Read good reviews about it.
Via Napoli is a different style of Italian ( more pizzaria) than Mama Melrose and different than Tutto al Forna, so while all are Italian, very different styles as you can tell from the menus.
Personally, I would eat at MK as a way of saving time beofre going to HS instead of transportation to Boardwalk, eating and then walking or boat to HS.

We were a bit underwhelmed by Frontera. It wasn't bad by any means, just wasn't particularly good either. I prefer 'Ohana, but agree that 8:20 is late for a dinner.

The food at San Angel isn't bad, and the atmosphere is fun, but it is dark and the tables are really close together. We have had two very good meals at Via Napoli sitting outside on the patio. We won't eat inside there because it is super-duper loud. Food is pretty good.

We liked Mama Melrose and Be Our Guest breakfast. If you are worried about too much Italian we always enjoy Teppan Edo.
