Rarest character you've met

Here are some characters from the Main Street Electrical Parade in 1986.

Not sure if this counts since it's a hard ticket event, but MNSSHP has a fab amount of rarely seen characters; Snow White with all 7dwarfs together, Alice/Mad Hatter, Jafar, Doctor Facillier, Maleficent...just to name a few.

Just as an FYI........ The Dwarfs do appear together at the Halloween and Christmas party, but not with Snow White any more. She's with her prince in the princess greeting location.

One of the best ways to see rare characters is to do the Disney endurance races. Marathon weekend always has tons of rare characters out and about. The Princess half marathon a few weeks ago had Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather, Elvis Stitch, Princess Daisy & Knight Donald, Phineas, Ferb, Megra, Pain and Panic to begin with. The Marathon weekend (half and full) in January this year had Shan-Yu from Mulan, random streetmosphere characters, Jose & Panchito, Golf Minnie/Mickey/Goofy. Have also seen Darkwing Duck, Chester/Hester (from Dinoland) the Reindeer from the Christmas parade, Kermit/Miss Piggy, Hades, Frollo in past events.

Tons more show up for these races, from major characters, to minor characters (think footmen for Cinderella, heralders, etc).

I wish I knew how to post pictures but we met this bear in WS at Epcot back in 2008, he was grey, short and fat wearing a red vest! No clue who he was and it's bugged me ever since! Any ideas?

We met Flik and Atta--twice--at California Adventure.
Cruella-twice-at California Adventure
Esmeralda (don't remember where, though)
Jack Sparrow (at the Princess/Pirate party)
Prince Phillip (he was walking around with his princess one day, DL)

I can't find the photos I have of Cruella. They were really awesome, she was sneering and being, well, Cruella, the whole time! too many photos of PR to post. I'll see if I can find the rest of them as well.

Supposedly there is a Gurgi that is documented in the secret book - but whether he might ever come out is highly unlikely. I dont know anyone has a photo of him.

Oh no. The last time we went we saw them all together and just missed the line to meet them. I was gutted and have been waiting for a few years now to go back and see them this time

What is the rarest character you've ever met?

For me, mine is the Snow Queen or Jiminy Cricket, I think. I met the Snow Queen (and a bunch of other rares!) at the Animation building on a non-Fantasmic! day. For Jiminy, we happened to go during Earth Day, not even realizing it! And he was having a meet-and-greet in Magic Kingdom.

Again, what is the rarest character(s) you've met? Pictures are always appreciated.

It is Jiminy Cricket bar none. He is on the waste baskets in the room but sure hard to find him in any park. Would love to have another cotton baseball Jersy with Jiminy on it had one that I bought at a Disney store in Indianapolis IN over ten years ago and it finally fell apart.

I saw Esmerelda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame in Epcot at the France Pavilion. I believe it was in 2009.
