Rare Opportunity For Tripleheader In December

There will be rare opportunities to complete the Tripleheader at WDW in December! One night during my December 16-25 trip,I plan to see Wishes at Magic Kingdom at 6:00,then bus or monorail and boat to Disney-MGM Studios and see Fantasmic! at 8:30 and then "briskly" walk to Epcot for IllumiNations at 9:30! I am so excited!Does anyone else plan to complete the Tripleheader in December?

Good luck! It sounds like a challenge - at least the MGM to Epcot part. But I daresay it might be doable!!!

Actually, if you are not too tired, the walk from MGM to EPCOT is very nice. Right past the Boardwalk and over the bridge. You can also take the boat, but it is more time consuming unless it is ready to go when you are, and there is room.

WoW! That sounds like a challenge we might have to look into!

I still find it hard to believe that the MK is going to have fireworks twice in one night. I can't wait for the first MVMCP to see if this is really true!

6pm wishes? 930 pm illuminations? that's so easy it's almost cheating.

Try this one, if it ever shows up on the schedule: 8pm Fantasmic, 9pm Illuminations, 10pm Wishes. (Yes, I've done it)

Tempting, that occurs during our trip I believe, except 7:30pm Fantasmic.

Are you sure about this? I've never seen Illuminations at any time other than 9. And if Fantasmic is at 8:30, it won't finish until 9, so you couldn't be at EPCOT by then.

If it's really 9:30, then I know I could do it by walking the path to EPCOT. My family can make that walk in about 20 minutes. Definitely sit on the far right side of the theater to beat the crowds leaving Fantasmic.

IllumiNations is scheduled for 9:30 pm beginning the day after Thanksgiving until December 30 - to accomodate the Candlelight Processional.
