Rapid Rewards Questions

I can't find a straight answer-Can I earn rewards on all the tickets I buy for my family in the same transaction. I bought 4 tickets for $125 each and I thought I would receive more that 750 points-that is all that listed for me to get.

Another question are the points awarded after the flight?

I need to buy return trip-SW is a little more, but thought I'd purchase if I am earning points for all the tickets not just mine-that may push me to enough for a free ticket to use later.

Hope that is clear-kind of hard to explain!

Each person that has a Rapid Rewards number will get the points coming to them after the flight. Just because you booked 4 flights/tickets does not entitle you to all the points, just the ones for your flight.
