I've been sick all month and as if thats not bad enough I've been off my antibiotic for like two seconds and my sinus infection is back already and its worse than it was 12 days ago. I feel as if the right side of my face has been struck with a bat it even hurts to yawn. I still have to go Christmas shopping!!!!! AHHhhhhhh-whew thanks for letting me get that out.

Trish -- have you been updating your doctor? If you're not responding as he/she expected, they might want to try something else or do some testing. Good luck. I'm feeling pretty rotten, too. Good thing I don't have kids or family expecting me to handle big holiday arrangements.

I used to get bad sinus infections atleast once a month, when I was younger. I finally went to a new dr. who said that sinus infections need to be treated differently than other illness. If you've been given a prescription like: one weeks worth of pills, it's not enough, according to that dr. She had me on antibiotics for 3 weeks straight, and it actually cured me of the pain of sinus problems. Luckily for me, because the next step was for them to DRAIN my sinuses . Go back to your Dr as soon as you can!

Any chance you could do your shopping on-line? Many places are currently guaranteeing delivery before C'mas.. It's awful trying to fight those crowds when you're not feeling well..
