Well last January (2003) my family and I along with two of my friends went to wdw to celebrate my b-day. We arranged for Happy Limo to pick us up at the MCO. It was around 2:30pm when we landed. We had to wait an extra hour for my sister that was flying in from NYC. Afraid that we were going to miss our ride I ran down to see if the driver was there...no driver to be seen with our name on it. After an hour we headed downsatirs all together and there was still no driver...my dad called Happy Limo and they said they would be on their way. We waited for 20 min. and teh driver finally arrived. Apparently he was "new in town". My advice is if you don't want to waste time..ask for a driver that knows how to get around. We missed our dinner reservations at the Luau because of it.
