Randy's Mobility in Kissimmee

Has anyone used their services before? I was just wondering what your experience has been with this company.

I don't know if anyone who has rented from Randy's has been on the boards lately, but there have been posters who used Randy's and were pleased.

I have not used Randy's. I have talked to them, and their rates appear to be the lowest for ECV rental.

However, (at least in the past) they have required that you be present when the ECV is delivered and sign a waiver of liability. I think they also want you to be present when they pick the ECV back up.

One of the major reasons I have been using Walker is the ECV has always been waiting for me when I arrive at my hotel, even if an early check-in, and I can just turn it in to Bell Services when I leave. They are aware of my scheduled arrival and departure times and will adjust the billing accordingly. For example, on my next trip I will be arriving at my hotel before noon on Saturday, so they will deliver the ECV Friday afternoon but not charge me for Friday.

I am renting a scooter from Randy's and they do indeed require you to be present when it is delivered. We only have about a 1 hour window before we have PS's, and I informed them of that, so I'll let you know how it goes when we get back.

I rented an ECV from Randy's last November for my mother. They were very easy to work with and they delivered and picked up on time as we requested. We stayed at the All Star Sports and never had any problems. My mother really enjoyed the way her ECV handled. She commented several times how she observed other ECV's around the park but liked hers alot.
