Randy & Illuminations dessert party ??

Okay everybody, I have Randy booked to take pics at my dessert party and everything is basically in place. I was just wondering if I have to include him as a guest or not since he is actually a vendor? Does he get there himself, or do I need to get the $12.50 viewing fee for him? He and Stan made their own way there for our DP. And we didn't include either of them in the total, so didn't have to pay for them

Randy will be with us all day until our DP as well, and all he asked for was clearance to get into Epcot. My planner said she would take care of that- so I you won't need to worry about providing anything for Randy, except letting your planner know that he needs the clearance.

This question is something that you should work with your WP on. Just double check with them. Sometimes they are charged for Stan and Randy and sometimes they are not. Just to avoid a surprise, review with your planner beforehand.

I definetly will be asking my WP about it, I just thought that until the next time I do that, I could get some info on here to get an idea. Thanks for making sure that I would check with her!
