Hello WISH "YARC" Warriors, it's that time again:
I think we have invented some new terms for the world of endurance sports. We have always had "Taper Maddness, which will be here real soon" but now we have just gone through, "Packet Maddness". During a long race or training there is a time when we enter the "Bite Me Zone".
For those of you having motivation problems:
Monday
Tuesday
Wedensday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday
Ain't no someday in there now get off the couch and get going. Remember everything trumps, "Did Not Start".
We have some injured warriors, get better guys, that finish line is all the more sweet if we all cross it. Give our injured warriors all the encouragement you can, any one of us can be next. The journey is long and we will all stumble at times.
Tomorrow really is the first day of the rest of your life. Those things you said you wanted to change, now is the time. What you did everyday before is over and done, what you do tomorrow is your future.
I can't because.... The less limits we put on ourselves the more we can accomplish. I think it was Henry Ford that said, "If you think you can or if you think you can't, you will be right".
