Just got back from a May 20-26 Pop century stay. This won't be your typical trip report, mostly just random comments.

Never stayed at POP before. Didn't really like the layout but it wasn't so bad as to cause any major issues.
Pop's food was OK. Not going to win any awards but really wasn't expecting fine dining.
The housekeeping left us 3 washcloths every single day. Why 3 when there are 4 in the room? No big deal, just odd.
the guy that checked us in was slow. Blamed it on his computer so maybe that's all it was but the girl next to him checked in 2 people in the time it took him to check us in. I told him up front I had a room request. He never asked me what it was. Not a huge deal but he could use some training.

Buses - I think at all the parks POP was the farthest walk but i knew that going into it. Still, alot of walking.
And a few times, the buses were slow to come. You'd see 2 or sometimes 3 MK buses before one from another park would arrive. Luck if the draw, I guess.
Scooters - I don't want to get the thread locked so I'll just say I don't like the way they are handled but there's nothing I can do about it.

Parks - Longest two lines for the entire visit were to see Rapunzel and the Peter Pan ride (45 minutes each). Other than that, mostly 20 minutes so that was good.
Hated the Stitch attraction. It needs to be torn down, even my kids couldn't stand it.

One afternoon/evening at MK, you couldn't find a photopass person if you tried. Hardly any at AK either the day we were there.

Dining plan - Jury is still out. I was against it (my wife insisted on it). I'd love to see an in depth comparision. It just seems so wasteful. ~$800 for 7 days for food? :sad2: But the prices were so high. I just don't know.

Plans - I bought Ridemax and mapped everything out before the trip. Didn't use it one time. :rotfl:. But not for any other reason than we pretty much just rode what the kids wanted to ride. Also, I just didn't see any sense in passing a ride with a low wait time to get to another ride that we didn't know what the wait time would be. Absolutely nothing against Ridemax at all. :thumbsup2

Attention people that text as they walk. Stop it, seriously, stop it. :mic:

Most people were rather nice but there's always a few rude ones here and there.

That's all I can think of now.
