i already purchased a 2 day park hopper ticket for myself and my husband. I plan to add on at least 1 day to my tickets once I get there and possibly 2 days.... Since I already had the park hopper option, do my 2 add on days need to be park hopper too? its a shame to have to add on park hopper to the additional day or two if I only plan on visiting one park.

If your original ticket has park hopper, any days you add to it will be park hopper. It's still cheaper than buying new non-park hopper days.

I have a piggyback question - is it possible to add park-hopper to just 1 day of tickets?

Park hoppers are sold as a unit, regardless of ticket day length. I think it is a bit cheaper for less days but you cannot just stick it on one day only.

Darn. Considering trying to squeeze Epcot/DHS into one day while on our January vacay. I can't afford to stay 2 extra days, but might be able to squeeze in one and trying to see if it's feasible. Right now, my kids would only really wanna do Akershus/Frozen Ever After/Sommerhaus and then maybe the Nemo stuff and potentially Test Track and then hop over to DHS to finish out the day with stuff there they'd want to see (Toy Story, Star Wars and Sci-Fi Diner).

I should clarify a bit. You can get hoppers for just one day, if it is either a one day ticket or if you bought it on the last day of a multi day ticket. I think i remember seeing it is 50 per ticket for a few day or less ticket and a bit more for longer. You are looking at 150ish a ticket if you add hoppers to a one day, but could be worth it in your situation.

If you add the hopper option on the last day, I suppose you're right; you'd have it for one day. But you'd pay the price associated with the original ticket length.

I have 8 day park hopper tickets- if we decided to add on an extra day can we do that at anytime during our stay? or does it have to be before we use the tickets?
