In Sweden, children leave rice porridge. In Ireland it is popular to give him Guinness or milk, along with Christmas pudding or mince pies.

He does a lot of work. He can't spend the whole time drinking milk Anyway, he's lactose intolerant (according to a TV show I watched a couple of days ago...)
