We were in Somerset then and we were visiting our friends on a campsite rather than in our hotel so me and my friend were lying on the grass watching them all. We saw loads.
They happen around this time every year, so I can see them again next year. Although it would be better to wait until a new moon coincides again. I wonder how often that happens.
Either the final stage of the UK Total Wipeout is much easier than the US version, or our finalists are more capable... The winning time I just watch was 7 1/2 minutes. The winning time in the UK is normally between 3 and 4 minutes.
