Had to buy a Cure poster at The Postermat on Bleecker Street for my dorm room wall. It would have been on my right in the picture I posted on that 80s thread. To this day, my roommate will tell you I listened to nothing else for the entire first semester, which isn't actually true (I was also really into The Sex Pistols, The Dead Kennedys, Gov't Issue...).

Started talking to a girl in my Logic & Rhetoric class because she had a B-52s Members-Only-style jacket and it turned out she had a poster of Robert Smith on her dorm room wall. Just don't ask how I managed to see her dorm room wall...

Yeah, just finished The Beatrice Letters on Monday and started the final Series of Unfortunate Events book the same night, which might explain how they seeped into my subconscious. I am also reading The Half-Blood Prince with DS, so why weren't Harry & Ron mingling in my dreams, too?
