Random small ACH deposit from IRS pending

I just went to my bank page and we got $9, We're still debating what to do with it.

What's weird about this whole thing is that my DH and I had to pay taxes this year, so it's not like we had a late-arriving refund. We didn't pay until July 14th to be sure that we were counted before the 15th, in case there was an issue.

Anytime anyone wants to deposit money into my accounts I have no problem. No need for the bank to investigate.

I've had an automatic supplemental bonus payment from my company in my account. I actually thought that my bonus was a little small (not sure about the taxes though) and it seemed like they were just correcting it. Then I got a message from our payroll person saying that several payments were sent in error, and I found it clawed back a few days later. Luckily I didn't spend it. Not sure if that was why, but the person who did payroll was gone within a few weeks.
