After telling kim last night about my pasta salad, I made one today. It's really filling with veggies and chick peas for protein. It's great for a hot day.

The kids would never do pasta salad, but lucky for me they like PLAIN pasta, nothing at all on it,not even butter. I have some sauce for DH and I, though pasta salad does sound yummy........
