Has anyone ever frozen bbq sauce? I'm thinking it wouldn't be a problem but just wondered if anyone's actually done it before.
I made some tonight and had originally intended to cut the recipe down, but when I changed the recipe the amounts were all funky and it was just easier for my under caffeinated brain to make the full recipe.
Now I have a ton leftover!
It tastes good, and I don't want to waste it, but I also don't want to freeze 2 1/2 quarts of bbq sauce just to find out that it turns funky after a trip to the freezer!
I don't think I'll use it fast enough to refrigerate it.
