Will the CMs page parents if the kids need to go to the restroom?

Only if your child requests. There are kid sized bathrooms in the club, and a CM will show them where it is. They do not accompany your child in though.

As above....the requirement is that the child be fully potty trained, so they don't normally page parents unless the child requests it. However...there's nothing to stop you from popping in every 90 minutes or so just to check on things and escort your child to the bathroom while you are there.

Sounds like she's like most 3 year olds. That's why it's always a good idea to do the "you must go before you can play" and then check in on her occasionally. It's usually the clothes that can be the problem...and the wiping. They are really good about teaching the kids about hand wipes and reducing microorganism transmission!
