My headache is from the lack of caffeine, I was in a hurry this AM to get the kids moving and skipped my morning dose, though I had heated up the water in that great Gevalia hot pot!
I think I can counter with caffeinated diet coke, lots of it, right now and I will recover!

My son had his 5th grade awards assembly today. He received the Scholastic Award for having the highest grade in his class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so proud of him, I just needed to brag to someone!!

That's 274.38 per day, plus other food you need........to ride around on a bus and look at the natural beauty....... we can do that in our minivan.
That's a good way to wean yourself off it.
Do you always try to do decaf now (even with a soft drink at dinner or whatever?) I buy all decaf soda, but the tea and coffee are the leaded versions.
