In my neck of the woods, it is raining
and has been since 4:30

alas, first night of softball practice
and the coach of the DD's team is obviously a diehard

WE had practice, no other teams did
an hour and a half of standing in the drizzle
(actually this momma sat in her nice dry van)

Did I mention the coach likes to win
last two years, her team has taken the title...

...pul-LEASE - I got TWO - not ONE, but TWO - warnings from one of the Webmasters (Doc [?] ) about posting an 'off-topic' post....I used to post quite often on the S/D thread but I hadn't been on there in a long time - anyhoo, I just made one post asking for some of the 'regulars' [from wa-a-a-a-ay back] to post something on my birthday thread that I had started for my sister - SHEESH!!! I even started the post with "...off-topic, but..." and it was one single solitary lil' post (like the one I posted here earlier today)...
