honestly, I don't believe this

perhaps the underwear was a new pair (being xmas morning I know my kids had on new stuff--i.e. jammies, unide's etc) from the package, and the fingerprints were those of the seamstress who made them, or someone who folded or handled then during packaging process or they were bought new and loose in a bin and were touched by the checkout person come one investigators can't be that dumb

they say 'it's the same DNA' found on other parts of her clothing don't believe it this story about this child's death has been spun for years didn't realize Ramsey was that ricch to keep so many on the pay roll they know what happened and someday it will come to light---just like OJ

You think they killed their little girl?

I want to believe this, so i am until further proof

ABsolutely NOT, I never believed that family was guilty. I
read the book and it convenienced me even further of their
innocence. An apology doesn't cut it in my opinion!!!

So science is wrong because you think they did it. Okay.

I don't believe it would be from the seamstress because of this information:

"Early in the investigation, police found male DNA in a drop of blood on JonBenet's underwear and determined it was not from anyone in her family. But Lacy said investigators were unable to say who it came from and whether that person was the killer.

Then, late last year, prosecutors turned over long underwear JonBenet was wearing to the Bode Technology Group near Washington, which looked for "touch DNA," or cells left behind where someone has touched something.

The lab has only been using this technology for about three years.

The laboratory found previously undiscovered genetic material on the sides of the girl's long underwear, where an attacker would have grasped the clothing to pull it down, authorities said. The DNA matched the genetic material found earlier.

Lacy said the presence of the same male DNA in three places on the girl's clothing convinced investigators it belonged to JonBenet's killer and had not been left accidentally by an innocent party."

So unless the seamstress left his DNA in blood also, I tend to believe it was the killer.

I feel so sorry for this family. :sad2: Maybe they can have a little respect now.

I don't think they killed her, but I have always felt they knew more than they let on.

So, to those of you who think they are guilty: what are you basing that belief on?
Just wondering...

if you don't believe they are guilty ....what are you basing it on?

Innocent until proven guilty.
There has been no evidence to indict these people, only circumstance. Now, apparently, there is actual DNA evidence to clear them of suspicion.

The pocket knife found near the body belonged to the either the brother or 1/2 brother. According to a house keeper, it was kept in an upstairs bathroom medicine cabinet.

the paper the note was written on came from Patsy's desk and the amount of ransom was John's bonus

The rope, paintbrush etc all came from the Ramsey home.

JB had pineapple in her stomach. Pineapple was not served at the party, but a bowl of it, and a cup/tea bag was on their kitchen counter. That contradicts the Ramsey's story that JB fell asleep in the car and was carried to bed and did not wake during the night.

according to the house keeper, the bed sheets on JBs bed were not the ones the house keeper put on the bed the morning before. Again, that contradicts their testimony that JB didn't wake during the night.

Also note the article says brother, not brothers. Wasn't the 1/2 brother there when it happened.
