I have not stayed there but stayed at a hotel literally next to it - it is a great location for Disney. If you are not driving they have (or did have) a complimentary bus to take people to the Disney parks. It looked ok.

We stayed at the red roof hotel on the 192 on the same side as this hotel.

Didn't stay there in the end, but went into reception to ceck it out (just in case) it looks fine and is really handy for the disney parks (animal kingdom via sherbeth rd should take no more than 5 mins from this hotel.
