Rainy days at HH?

What is there to do? Is there an GOOD outlet mall near by? And if so, does it have covered walkways?

Last April we had one really rainy day at HHI. We drove down to Sea Pines Plantation and spent the day shopping as did many other people on the Island at the time. There are some nice shops, covered walkways and good restaurants there. We went up the famous lighthouse that looks over the 18th green of Harbour Town Golf Links. It was neat to see the course and the Island from that high of a perspective. Especially after seeing it on tv the week before. Then we went over to the pro shop and finished our shopping there.

There are 2 really good outlet malls-they do have covered outdoor walkways-here's a quote from a site:

Last time we were there it rained one day, we did the behind the ears tour in the rain, and then after we went to Barnes & Noble and browsed around in their for quite awhile, got the kids a movie when we got back and they watched that while we lounged around.
