Is access to the Rainforest room included if you book a spa treatment?

No, they are in the same area, but separate pricing.

ETA, the spa services are in the same area,but the Rainforest has it's own section that requires a band to be admitted. You purchase the Rainforest pass either ahead of time via Gifts and Amenities. OR you can purchase the length of cruise pass once onboard.

That is an important distinction. The day passes can usually only be bought ahead of time (and are of a limited number) and the length of cruise passes can only be bought on board the ship, and are also limited in number.
