Rainforest cafe

I read somewhere that Rainforest cafe is not on the dining plan, but I thought people where eating there on it? Is it or not? Thanks

No, it is not on the dining plan, nor is it listed for the Disney Dining Experience. This restaurant, like many in DTD, is not operated by Disney. I was hoping it would be listed in the new list, but it's not on there either.
