Can you make adr at Rainforest Cafe (AK)? When I go to the website it just spins and says something like "we are unable to process your request at this time." Not that there are no tables, just can't process request. Thanks

I'm not sure what date you're looking at but I just attempted to book something for August 1st and was able to do so.

Hopefully it will work for you now too.

Call dining. Happened to me as well this morning. I called and got the 31 of August for lunch. Their new online dining adr system for lack of a better word, sucks.

I tried a lot to make a reservation for the AK Rainforest Cafe for our last trip, but could never get one. While at AK, we walked in and asked if they had any tables, and they seated us in 10-15 minutes, I was very surprised. When I told the hostess how I couldn't make a reservation, she said it doesn't work very well to go through Disney's dining reservation system, and that it is best to call the direct number to the restaurant to make reservations.

I've been looking for availability for Rainforest Cafe at AK for Xmas week on Disney's website for weeks and no availability for our date. I finally called the restaurant direct today and had my choice of dinner slots. So definitely call the restaurant direct! They must only allocate a certain percentage of reservations to Disney Dining.
